I have discovered I've been ritualistically overcharged by a brand I have admired in the customer care industry for decades; being a veteran, they were the gold standard, a right of passage per se. "Matt and his staff are imo top notch, i had some issues a while back getting a new roof after a hail storm we had, after talking with Matt, he investigated the issues we were having in getting it processed and eventually got everything resolved and we got the roof replaced. Anytime I've had to come in or call about possible changes to our policy their entire staff has been very kind and helpful in getting us squared away. I would definitely recommend Matt Spence and his staff to anyone who was looking for a new agent or looking to switch agents! Thank you Matt!!!"
