Terah has been in the insurance industry for almost six years now and has been with Matt since he opened his doors. Before she started here at State Farm, you guys might’ve seen her at Murphy’s Steak House serving up those Hot Hamburgers with gravy over all! She had recently became a mother when she decided it was time to find a better work schedule more fit for her and her family. Carissa is a Bartlesville native that graduated from BHS in 2012 and Oklahoma Wesleyan University in 2015. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing and has been in the financial services industry since 2016. She is married to another Bartlesville native, Aaron Fratzke, and they have one son, Liam Fratzke. Carissa is active in Daybreak Rotary Club, Bartlesville Chamber, and Washington County Soccer Club. Parker was born and raised in the Dewey and Bartlesville area. After graduating from BHS in 2011, he left for college in Texas. He and his wife and two children moved back to town, and he began his agency career with Matt Spence in December 2023 after nearly a decade on the claims handling and appraising side of the industry. Parker has worked as an adjuster, appraiser, fire and theft adjuster for an insurance company in Texas, so he’s seen firsthand how coverage, whether good or bad, can impact a family. He enjoys his spare time with his wife and two children outside, mostly golfing or playing at the local parks. Parker most enjoys teaching and educating people about the benefits of having good coverage, ensuring more people understand how State Farm can protect their lifestyle, assets, and their loved ones.

Jesus Rojas

Jesus Rojas was born and raised in Venezuela, where he completed high school. In 2018, he earned a collegiate scholarship to play baseball at Cowley County Community College. After a year, he relocated to Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and continued his education at Oklahoma Wesleyan University (OKWU), where he earned his undergraduate degree in Business.
During his time at OKWU, Jesus met his wife, Caroline, who now teaches 4th grade in Bartlesville. As a member of the university’s baseball team, he helped secure over 110 wins. A standout player, Jesus was a two-time All-KCAC Conference athlete and a four-time scholar-athlete.
In June 2024, Jesus completed his MBA in Business Marketing, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Alongside his studies, he contributed as a graduate assistant and assistant coach for Oklahoma Wesleyan’s golf program.
Now, as a dedicated representative of State Farm, Jesus brings his competitive drive, leadership, and commitment to helping others succeed. His diverse background in sports, business, and education allows him to provide personalized service and support to his customers.
